JHMI Deep Sequencing and Microarray Core May 9 Seminar

ABSTRACT:
Affymetrix Microarrays were just the beginning. The core now offers easy access to Illumina and PacBio 3rd Generation sequencing and NanoString nCounter Analysis. The core also offers library preparation, Agilent SureSelect Target Enrichment, and data analysis spanning all genomics application. Need assistance with experimental design?
